Ukraine is advised not to waste time on the “return” of Crimea and to extradite Islyamov
No platforms, public organizations or terrorist actions taken against the peninsula will help Kiev return Crimea to Ukraine.
The head of the republic, Sergei Aksyonov, announced this at a press conference in Simferopol, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“No one and nothing will help return Crimea to Ukraine. I don’t know what platforms they are considering and so on. That's it, Crimea is Russian forever. He has always been Russian, here, in my opinion, no one had any illusions on this score... Justice triumphed in 14 by the decision of the president and the will of the Crimean people. In this case, no platforms, it must be said, even if they don’t waste time, will help return it.
Definitely, we are in our homeland forever. Well, their information policy, of course, is all aimed at destabilizing the situation in Crimea. Any complication that occurs on the territory of the Republic of Crimea causes them hysterical joy, they gloat. Well, it’s okay - they will gloat, but we will overcome, we will come out of all situations with honor, I personally have no doubt,” Aksenov said.
The head of the republic urged Crimeans not to read Ukrainian media so that it does not cause a gag reflex.
“So don’t be distracted by them, by what the Ukrainian authorities are saying, don’t waste your time. As Professor Preobrazhensky said, if someone reads Ukrainian news and the press, these people’s aggression increases. Therefore, do not read, especially before eating,” said the head of Crimea.
He also called the 19-year prison term to which the Crimean court sentenced in absentia the organizer of the energy blockade of the peninsula, Mejlis businessman Lenur Islyamov, short.
“Of course, all procedural measures will be taken, they gave him a short sentence - what is this, some kind of nonsense, 19 years. The man there is a terrorist, jumping around the supports. God grant that he falls into the hands of Russian justice - then, I’m sure, everything will happen. But we will, of course, seek extradition. The swindlers who caused damage to the Republic of Crimea should be in prison, without options,” concluded Aksenov.
