Ukrainians did not allow hit author Boris Moiseev into Crimea
On January 2, Ukrainian border guards did not allow Russian chanson star Evgeniy Kemerovsky to pass through the checkpoint into Crimea, citing the fact that he had not obtained the permit required in Ukraine for foreign citizens to travel to the peninsula from the mainland.
The incident was reported by the head of the “representative office of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea” Boris Babin.

He clarified that Kemerovo arrived in Ukraine by train the day before, “but did not obtain permission to enter Crimea.”
“By the way, Mr. Evgeniy is the author of the lyrics to the song “Deaf and Mute Love” by Boris Moiseev and many other Russian New Year hits,” Babin demonstrates his deep knowledge of the performer’s work.
