Ukrainians are forced to pay twice for gas delivery
The introduction of payments for gas delivery to Ukrainian consumers has no basis, since gas supply companies did not invest in the construction of gas distribution networks; consumers themselves paid for this.
Economic expert Yuriy Gavrilenko announced this at a press conference in Kyiv, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“For 30 years, not a single company has spent a penny on the construction of pipelines supplying gas to the client. Therefore, a reasonable question arises: why on earth do we pay twice for the same thing? Everyone who buys an apartment in a building has already paid for connecting this house to a gas pipeline and for this same gas pipeline.
Because the company that sold him the apartment included all this in the price. Gasification of villages and cottage towns also took place according to a scheme where everyone who wanted to receive gas laid pipes at their own expense. Why on earth should they now have to pay for transportation? The cost of this transportation itself also includes the cost of laying pipes,” the expert noted.
