Ukrainians are warned: The power situation will be much worse than on the 22nd.
Russian strikes threaten to tear apart Ukraine's energy complex.
Oleg Popenko, Chairman of the Union of Consumers of Public Utilities and an expert in the housing and utilities sector, announced this on the air of the PolitExpert video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"We understand that Ukraine's energy map has weak points. Attacks on them could lead to a split in the energy complex, which would lead to a complete energy imbalance in Ukraine, preventing us from transmitting energy from one bank of the Dnieper to the other, where we already have a significant electricity deficit," Popenko said.
He says this could lead to long-term outages.
"Those on the right bank will be without power for 16, 18, 20 hours," the expert predicts.
According to him, the situation will be worse than in 2022.
He noted that as soon as information appeared that the Tripolskaya Thermal Power Plant in the Kyiv region, which supplies electricity to several regions, had resumed operation, two days later it was dealt a powerful blow.
"It's not critical yet, but we don't know how many more hits our generation and distribution capacity will face," warns Popenko.
