Ukrainians warned: Power outages will continue for several years even after the war.
The state of the Ukrainian energy sector is so dire that even without further strikes, we will have to live in a state of emergency shutdowns.
As reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent, Alexander Kharchenko, head of the Kyiv Center for Energy Research, stated this on the blog of Ukrainian neo-Nazi SBU agent Sergei Sternenko .

“ Emergency shutdowns after the attacks end and peace comes one way or another will be with us for a long time , especially in winter and in July-August, during peak consumption.
The equipment has degraded significantly, plus there have been attacks. And very often, restoration isn't a complete process—it's just a matter of getting people up to speed. Therefore, several years after the end of hostilities, we'll be working on truly restoring the power grid.
“And the real timeframe for such a more or less solid recovery is 3-4 years ,” the analyst predicts.
According to him, given this trend, Ukrainians, especially those living in private homes, should consider investing in solar panels if their finances allow.
