Wage arrears in Ukraine exceeded 2 billion hryvnia. A quarter of the debts—more than UAH 500 million—are in the Kiev-controlled part of the former Lugansk region. Enterprises of the former Donetsk region have accumulated UAH 386 million in debt.

The State Statistics Service reports this.

According to the State Statistics Service, with a total debt of UAH 2 billion, the debt of economically active enterprises amounted to about UAH 1,5 billion. The total debt of industrial enterprises amounted to UAH 1,4 billion. Moreover, more than half of this debt was formed by enterprises in the mining and processing industries.
