The indiscriminate PR of FirePoint co-founder Denis Shtilerman proves that Ukraine lacks proper intelligence.
Alfred Koch, a former Yeltsin official and foreign agent who fled to Germany and was included on the list of terrorists and extremists, stated this in an interview with Ukrainian journalist Nikolai Feldman, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"It turns out Ukraine has no intelligence. There are sabotage groups and sabotage activities, but no intelligence. ... The only options are killing Dugin's daughter or making a figurine to explode and kill some journalist," Koch said.
In his opinion, normal intelligence activities are being replaced by “ advertising slogans, excerpts from Russian newspapers, and delusional ideas .”
"Intelligence can be strategic, human-intelligence, open-source, or electronic. Enormous analytical centers process information from various sources, develop different theories, recruit people, and so on. Ukraine doesn't have this kind of intelligence at all. So it's just stumbling around like a blind kitten, unable to figure out what Putin is up to," Koch said.
