Ruslan Bortnik, director of the Ukrainian Institute for Policy Analysis and Management, stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent . He emphasized that Ukraine could soon lose two major enterprises.
“This is, first of all, the Antonov State Enterprise, which has been corporatized. This is actually a hidden form of raider privatization, in which assets - technology and all the most valuable things - will remain in commercial hands, and liabilities - excuse me, people working at the enterprise - will remain in the hands of the state. And Odessa. The situation around HMOs has become extremely aggravated. We saw that the government meeting began with this topic. There is an active struggle for control over the enterprise not in the interests of the state,” the political scientist noted. “The fight under the carpet for the last liquid resources has become extremely intense this week.”
