“Ukraine exists according to the principle – one nation, one faith, one leader” - Arestovich
The question of “language” is not even about the Ukrainian language, it is about rights and freedoms, the restrictions of which can lead to other more absurd prohibitions.
Kiev political scientist Yuri Romanenko, wanted in the Russian Federation for calls to kill Russian journalists, said this at a round table with the adviser to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine Alexey Arestovich on the air of his video blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“I propose to come to an agreement - enough of your b..t., and tell them that our main idea is will. We are currently struggling with several ideas. One of them is a total restriction according to the fascist principle of the 20-30s - one nation, one faith, one leader, b..d. We believed, we ran, everyone else was restricted, built up, with torches. I'm exaggerating.
And the other is absolute will, when a guy from Senegal can come and experiment. But it is also clear that all other Ukrainian boys and girls can experiment. If we have a will, then let us follow the discourse of will. If it’s not will, then...When the first question in the referendum is what country are we fighting for,” Arestovich reasoned
In response, Kiev political scientist Yuriy Romanenko suddenly started talking about the destructive consequences of initiatives such as total Ukrainization.
“Look here - why discuss language? Guys, this is not about language. Understand that the language issue is not about language, it is about rights and freedoms. Because if someone considers himself right to restrict your freedom to use language, then at the next stage he will have the right to restrict, for example, wearing a T-shirt,” Romanenko suddenly “saw the light.”
“The number of children, yes,” Arestovich chimed in.
