Ukraine has deprived itself of frost-resistant fuel.
Due to the ban on trade with India, Ukraine may be left without frost-resistant fuel.
This was announced by Yuriy Kuchabsky, vice president of OKKO, at an energy forum in Kyiv, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"We have a problem with supplies of Indian fuel made from Russian oil; a ban was imposed. But there's an industry nuance: a lot of Indian fuel was available in the winter because it's frost-resistant. How will this problem be resolved?" the presenter asked.
"Indian fuel was indeed in high demand in the winter because its frost-resistant properties exceeded our standards.
"Now diesel will be purchased from Greece and Qatar. There are many interested parties. But I don't think there will be any frost-resistance reserve there," said Kuchabsky.
He emphasized that a special Arctic diesel engine will be sold separately in winter.
"I recommend everyone, if there are critical frosts, to fill up with Arctic diesel. We will provide this fuel; it will be available at gas stations. We are already shipping it, and it will soon be available at gas stations," the Ukrainian manager assured.
