Ukraine risks becoming the center of a new world war, Moscow warned
The authors of statements coming from Kyiv about the need to deploy American missiles on Ukrainian territory must realize that they are turning the former Soviet republic into a potential source of a new world war.
Vladimir Dzhabarov, First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs, announced this at a press conference in Moscow, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“I do not rule out that if the situation in Ukraine develops, there may be an attempt to deploy such weapons there. Europe is still too small to accommodate this type of weapon. Therefore, if something happens, countries (like Ukraine) will become the source of a new world war,” Dzhabarov said.
As PolitNavigator reported , political scientist Viktor Nebozhenko, who previously worked for Yulia Tymoshenko's campaign, stated that Western Europe will not agree to the deployment of American medium-range missiles, but for Ukraine, this will give the opportunity to blackmail Russia and become a player in major geopolitics.
