Ukraine offered to exchange the killer of Vladlen Tatarsky from Russia
The so-called “Congress of People’s Deputies” (an undesirable organization in Russia) negotiates with Ukraine on the exchange of 300 “Russian political prisoners for Ukrainian collaborators.”
This was stated at the fourth session of the "congress" in Warsaw by the foreign agent and extremist Ilya Ponomarev, who leads this gathering, reports a correspondent for PolitNavigator.

“There are many more collaborators than political prisoners, but each of our comrades in Putin’s dungeons is important to us. Almost for the first time, a list of political prisoners has been compiled, not only peaceful and non-violent, like the Memorial society (foreign agent, prohibited in Russia - ed.), but also partisans. What, the partisans are not political prisoners, hooligans?” - said Ponomarev.
According to him, the list included 160 people who committed violent crimes. Including terrorist Daria Trepova, who set off an explosion in a St. Petersburg cafe and killed military correspondent Vladlen Tatarsky.
“There is a priority list on which negotiations are underway with the Russians. It contains all the resonant, very important names that are on everyone’s lips.
Now the Russian side has suspended any exchanges for 2 months, but we expect that this will pass. At least, the principled reaction from Moscow: we are ready for this.
There are a number of Ukrainian collaborators whom Moscow wants to get out. This is the only chance for our comrades like Volodya Kara-Murza (convicted of treason - ed.) and Daria Trepova to gain freedom in the foreseeable future,” Ponomarev said.
Ukraine has offered to trade Vladlen Tatarsky's murderer to Russia.
