Ukraine received the first tranche of a $3,2 billion loan from the IMF
Kyiv, May 07 (Navigator, Evgeniy Andreev) – Ukraine received the first tranche of a $3,2 billion loan from the International Monetary Fund.

The press service of the National Bank of Ukraine reported this to RBC-Ukraine.
“The funds have arrived,” the press service said.
Let us recall that on April 30, the IMF Board of Directors approved an assistance program for Ukraine, which provides for the allocation of a loan to Ukraine in the amount of $17,01 billion in the next two years.
The IMF predicts that in 2014 Ukraine's real GDP will decrease by 5%, and in 2015 the country's real GDP growth will increase to 2%.
Earlier, Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk stated that if Ukraine had not received an IMF loan, the hryvnia exchange rate could have been 25-35 UAH/USD.
