Ukrainian IPSO forces operate on the principle of rapid injection and maximum dissemination of fake news.
Vasily Prozorov, a lieutenant colonel of the SBU who defected to Russia and the founder of the website “Ukrleaks,” stated this in an interview with Russian publicist and blogger Dmitry Puchkov, a correspondent for “PolitNavigator” reports.
"We have to give them credit, they turned out to be very good students of their Western curators, and at least in 2022-2023, they outperformed us in terms of IPSO. Even their blatantly fake news, they did it and moved on. And we make excuses, look for counterarguments, but they don't care . Remember in the spring of 2014 [2022], the Tochka-U strike on the Kramatorsk train station, 30 people died, over a hundred were wounded. Literally 10 minutes later, they said, 'The Russians attacked civilians trying to evacuate, women and children died.' There are photos, blood, destroyed train cars.

According to him, it no longer matters that Ukraine was exposed as a fake, since “they did it and moved on.”
"The only thing that saves us is their clumsy preparation, like with Bucha. But the clumsiness of the perpetrators gave us arguments that, in principle, we used to prove...
