Ukrainian political scientist, director of the information and analytical center Andrey Zolotarev stated this at a press conference in Kyiv.

There are machines, the money has already come from the customer, but there are no people who could do the work with the highest precision. One died, the others left for Barabashov’s [Kharkiv market]. Therefore, the infamous story with the “Hammer” mortar is not surprising. Having captured the drawings, it took the Nazis three months to make a high-quality copy of the Soviet regimental mortar. And this is already the second or third case of a mortar exploding. This simply reflects simply low quality,” the political scientist emphasized.
