According to him, the topic of territorial concessions for Western Europe, the United States and Russia, which will still record its territorial achievements, “ has been removed from the discussion field .”
"Here, of course, we can only agree on the status, that it will be unrecognized, there is the precedent of Transnistria, Abkhazia, South Ossetia. These precedents exist, and they can be applied in our case.
