" I fully support President Trump's desire to end this war . The question is what terms Vladimir Putin can agree to, and what security guarantees will be —this is very important. We cannot allow Putin to take a break and recuperate, produce new tanks, armored vehicles, aircraft, and so on; this must end forever.
