An event was held in the Ukrainian parliament under the loud title: “Interaction between the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Representative Office of the President of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea for the implementation of the policy of de-occupation and reintegration of Crimea”

“The topic of Crimea has become very important for Ukraine, parliament, and international security. That is why we must talk about the specifics that await us after de-occupation and the liberation of our territory,” said the first vice-speaker of the Rada, Alexander Kornienko, opening the event.
He believes that it is necessary today to prepare a legislative framework for the “de-occupation of Crimea.”
“These are bills, initiatives, by-laws, foundations and foundations so that we can create a high-quality personnel reserve for further processes. There are a lot of issues in related sectors - ecology, water use, demilitarization, geopolitical issues. After all, everyone understands that the security of the Mediterranean, for example, largely depends on the security of the Black Sea,” the politician emphasized.
And Tamila Tasheva, appointed by Kiev to the post of permanent representative of the President of Ukraine in the long-defunct Autonomous Republic of Crimea, clarified that the working group focused on the following areas:
“Resuming the work of public administration bodies and staffing, bringing to justice for international crimes and crimes against national security, issues of amnesty and lustration, verification of documents and decisions of occupation courts, issues of property rights and humanitarian policy, as well as demilitarization of the educational and cultural spheres.”
And the deputy head of the Committee on Humanitarian and Information Policy, Evgenia Kravchuk, said that she was preparing a resolution in PACE.
“In PACE, I am preparing a resolution on the destruction of cultural identity and am ready to accept all examples from Crimea into this document. They must show what has been happening there since 2014. Because now they are focusing on events that began in 2022,” Kravchuk said.
