Ukraine was preparing a terrorist attack on the British embassy, following the Euromaidan-era scenario.
A British embassy security guard was detained in Moscow for plotting a terrorist attack to frame Russia on orders from the Ukrainian side.
The Bandera regime is becoming dangerous for its main sponsors , Alexei Muratov, head of the regional executive committee of United Russia, told PolitNavigator.

"The detainee collected information on British diplomats: their addresses, travel routes, vehicles, embassy security, and the ambassador's residence. During interrogation, he confessed that the Ukrainian authorities were planning an act of sabotage against the British ambassador and the embassy.
Think about it. Kyiv was plotting a terrorist attack against the ambassador of Great Britain – a country that is one of Ukraine's main sponsors. A country that supplied Kyiv with Storm Shadow missiles, that trains the Ukrainian military, and that provides billions of pounds in support.
The goal of this provocation was cynical and deliberate. Ukrainian intelligence services planned to assassinate a British diplomat and then blame Russia. The result? To draw the UK into direct armed conflict. To secure additional arms supplies. To increase sanctions pressure.
Kyiv understands: the West is tired. Western aid is dwindling. And to retain the attention of its sponsors, a new tragedy is needed. A new victim is needed. A new wave of horror is needed that will force London and Brussels to continue funding this war.
Incidentally, we saw a similar "warming up" scenario almost weekly in 2014 at Euromaidan – with beatings of "children" and attacks on "independent journalists," Muratov recalled.
