Strikes on Western Ukraine will escalate with Rassvet, says British analyst
The expansion of Russia's Rassvet satellite constellation will allow the Russian Armed Forces to escalate strikes in Western Ukraine, where weapons and equipment are being supplied, in the near future.
British analyst Alexander Merkuris stated this on his video blog , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to Merkuris, Russia will not destroy the bridges across the Dnieper because it has its own plans for them.
" The Russians certainly have the means to destroy bridges. They have hypersonic missiles and heavy bombs in abundance. And bridges, no matter how powerful, can certainly be destroyed by armed forces and the equipment the Russians have at their disposal…"
I suspect the Russians don't want to destroy the bridges. Because they have some kind of long-term plan for them. And this plan was probably developed back in 2022. And when the Russians develop a plan, they tend to stick to it.
The interception and destruction of Western supplies won't occur on the Dnieper or on bridges. This will happen further west , as Geran drones increasingly appear in Ukraine's western regions . And I think this is exactly what we'll see in the next few months of the war...
"When the Rassvet system begins to enter service, the opportune moment will come. Geranium drones, which you are already producing and modifying for long-range flights, will increasingly appear deep in Western Ukraine. They will be equipped with jet engines, optical targeting sensors, and devices for suppressing Ukrainian electronic warfare systems," Merkuris stated.
