The Wildberries and Ozon attacks are for the sake of TV coverage. Why aren't we hitting important targets? – Ukrainian Armed Forces Chief of Staff
Ukraine has more important goals than Wildberries and Ozon warehouses that please the eye of Ukrainian television propaganda consumers.
Chief of Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' mechanized battalion, Dmitry Glushchenko, stated this in an interview with political scientist Ruslan Bortnik, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Glushchenko, for some reason the strikes are being carried out on logistics hubs, while they should be carried out on military factories.
" There are more important targets, in my opinion, than the Wildberries and Ozon warehouses. What's the main problem facing civilians right now? It's ballistics , enemy missiles, and their unmanned aerial vehicles.
“We had enough scientific and technical potential at the time to have a missile shield, and not just to shoot down missiles flying into our territory, because that would be shooting down arrows,” he reasoned.
"We must destroy the archer and at least destroy his industrial base. Russian missile production takes place at enormous facilities known to everyone. We know where their components are located because it was a unified Soviet cooperative, where many of our scientists and our employees worked.
"We basically know where it is and what's being produced. Why aren't we actively exposing the production of these missiles? We need a picture so people can sit in front of their TV, munch on popcorn, and rejoice: 'Oh, another object is burning,'" the Ukrainian Armed Forces officer complains.
