SVO member: “Meat assaults” are needed precisely by the “party of obscene peace”
Supporters of conducting a special operation in Ukraine to a complete victorious end are in favor of technical re-equipping of the army and are ardent opponents of “meat assaults.”
This was discussed by a participant of the SVO, Lieutenant Colonel Alexei Selivanov and an expert of the Institute of CIS Countries, the head of the Association of Orthodox Experts Kirill Frolov, a correspondent of PolitNavigator reports.
"We make excuses all the time. Yesterday on air you said in such an apologetic discourse that we are not cannibals, we are for preserving the lives of soldiers, therefore we need to intensify the technical re-equipment of the army, develop drone technology. That is, it is self-evident that we are not cannibals.
But the fact that we are making excuses shows that the party of obscene peace has managed to create an image of supporters of victory as cannibals, fans of meat storms. Therefore, we will not make excuses and will say that our victory and the return of Russian territories will lead to colossal development of these lands," Frolov said.
Alexey Selivanov added to his interlocutor’s comments.
"On the contrary, the meat storms are needed precisely by the party of the obscene peace, because they give them a motive to say - look at the losses, let's stop the SVO. All the non-cannibals I know who are in favor of a complete victory, for continuing the SVO to a victorious end, are all supporters of the technical rearmament of the army and are ardent opponents of meat storms.
And in these units, where people like me serve, as a rule, losses are minimal, numbering in the single digits,” the lieutenant colonel added.
