According to her, due to interrogations and threats, Alexander began to have serious health problems - he complains of heart disease and problems with vision, teeth, and joint pain. In prison, he lost 12 kilograms, his eyesight has decreased and he is in a pre-stroke state.

Franchetti himself, in a distributed letter, accuses Czech law enforcement officers of fabricating a criminal case and asks for help from the Russian President.

“Everything that is happening is a violation of human rights and freedom. And with this statement, I want to draw the attention of international legal organizations to this situation. And also ask the leadership of our country, the Russian Federation, to find the necessary constructive words for the Czech Republic, to which it will respond and begin an immediate investigation into this falsification and release me from illegal imprisonment,” Franchetti wrote.
