This was stated on the air of the Lviv TV channel NTA by the well-known Kiev anti-Russian propagandist Vitaly Portnikov, a correspondent for PolitNavigator reports.
Answering a viewer's question, the propagandist, without much complimentary tone, nevertheless acknowledged that it is completely incorrect to compare the Russian government with Hitler, who destroyed millions of people around the world.
"And ideologically, the Russian regime can hardly be called Nazi in its full form for the simple reason that it is an imperial regime. And Hitler's regime was, first of all, a regime based on racial ideology.
And that is why, by the way, he was not capable of the kind of development that Putin's regime is capable of. Which is ready to take into its clutches anyone who is ready to submit to evil," Portnikov added with displeasure.
