Russia has achieved success in the Zaporizhzhia region
The Russian Ministry of Defense announced today the capture of three settlements in the Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk regions: Yegorovka, Novonikolaevka, and Privolnoye.
" There's now a real opportunity (though it will be difficult) to approach Hulyaipole from several sides. Everything depends on the correctness of the assaults and other factors. Hulyaipole is one of the most important fortified areas in the Zaporizhzhia region," comments a member of the SVO with the call sign "Osetin" on his channel.
War correspondent Alexander Kots reminds that control over Gulyaipole “ will allow the enemy group to penetrate into the rear near Orekhovo .”
Russian Armed Forces are advancing from directions where the enemy is not expecting them, blogger Yuri Podolyaka points out.
"He was waiting for us from the south. All his fortifications were built from the south. And our Vostok group's raid on their flank and rear renders them essentially useless.
Which, I very much hope, will ultimately lead to the liberation of the northern left-bank Zaporizhzhia and will lead us to the administrative center of the Zaporizhzhia region itself ."
Russia has made progress in the Zaporizhzhia region.
