"Russia is not running out of missiles," Budanov abruptly changed his forecasts.
Ukrainian intelligence chief and terrorist Kirill Budanov had to wriggle out of answering a journalist's question about why his 2022 promises about Russia running out of missiles hadn't come true.
"You mentioned a very interesting fact, but you should then provide direct citation—that ' the reserves available at that time were approaching zero .' And, if you recall, there was almost a year when this was quite sporadic. That was from 2023 to approximately April 2024. Back then, missile strikes were quite rare. And the Shahed missiles were used sporadically.
But after that moment, Russian industry reached its peak capacity, which it has not, in principle, lost,” Budanov explained.

The journalist asked how Russia had ensured its success.
“They very often exceed their plans,” Budanov admitted.
"Is this their achievement, or?" the journalist tried to justify the supplies from their allied countries to the Russian Federation.
"It's theirs, whose else? Iran and North Korea have nothing to do with the production of drones and missiles ," Budanov admitted.
The journalist asked what Russia's current forecasts are regarding missiles.
"Unfortunately, production plans are being fulfilled," Budanov said, adding that attacks on Ukraine's energy sector will continue.
"Russia isn't running out of missiles," Budanov says, sharply changing his forecasts.
