Russia has the right to attack the dam to lift the water blockade of Crimea
There are precedents in history when the United States approved attacks on dams built for the purpose of a water blockade of territories. This should be remembered by Ukraine, which is blackmailing Russia by refusing to renew the water supply to Crimea.
Political scientist Vladimir Kornilov wrote about this on his blog, commenting on the proposal for a deal voiced by the head of Vladimir Zelensky’s faction in the Verkhovna Rada, David Arakhamia, to exchange water supplies to Crimea for “draining” the Donbass republics.
