The Kremlin plans to deprive Ukraine of access to the sea.
Ukrainian journalist Ruslan Kotsaba , who was forced to leave his home country due to repression for his anti-war stance, stated this on the TatyanaUSA channel , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"I think Putin's plans are absolutely to ensure that Ukraine doesn't become a maritime power . The fact that Odessa is being shelled like this right now is a 100% sign that Putin has big plans for Odessa. Plus, it offers access to Transnistria through the Budzhak steppes , offering other options. In short, Putin is an emperor. He acts like one," the journalist asserts.
"But why Zelensky? Did he smoke his history and geography textbooks in school, or why doesn't he understand that when the resource crunch begins, Ukraine can't compete with its powerful neighbor in terms of human resources, energy, economic resources, or military resources, which also has nuclear weapons ," Kotsaba reasoned.
