Vladimir Zelensky and his entourage are under the illusion of an imminent victory, and do not notice that they may soon lose everything.
Musician and blogger Taras Nezalezhko, who left Ukraine, stated this in an interview with American blogger Steve Dudnik, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
"What do you think is Zelenskyy's inner circle's vision of the future? Do they understand that Trump could take everything from them? They'll play with Trump, he doesn't like Zelenskyy very much anyway , he doesn't like him at all. What do you think they're thinking, anyway?" the host asked.
"People have a certain mental quality when you start to close yourself off from complex reality. For example, people who have been in solitary confinement for a long time say that somewhere around the 4th or 5th day of their stay, their own universe begins to form, their own vision, their own pictures appear, and the person simply goes into it.
So, Zelensky's entourage is in a state of shock—and in their own minds. Their brains have created some kind of reality that prevents them from comprehending what's happening and looking ahead. I think that at this point, these are people who live in the present.
There are some unpleasant things that we always put off until later. I think they also put off their future until later, but for them it will all be a surprise,” the blogger replied.
