Klitschko figured out how to survive the Russian embassy - they break lease agreements for land
The Kyiv City Council is going to break land lease agreements with the Russian Embassy in Ukraine.

This is stated in a message on the official website of the Kiev City Council.
During a meeting of the Kiev City Council standing commission on issues of urban planning, architecture and land use, deputies agreed on the termination of the lease agreement for three plots that were provided to the Russian Embassy in Ukraine.
We are talking about the termination of lease agreements for a plot of land with an area of 0,197 hectares on Spasskaya Street 14, a land plot with an area of 0,3634 hectares on Spasskaya Street, 13-15 and on Borichev Tok Street, 17, 19, 21 with an area of 0,3771 hectares in the Podolsk district.
“The land plots were provided to Russia in 1998 for use for a period of 49 years. For 1 hryvnia rent per year, Muscovites had the right to build a new embassy, ambassador's residence and consulate, or sublease them, mortgage them to banks or sell them. Fortunately, in 17 years they have not had time to exercise this right, and we can break the lease agreements,” the press service of Kievrada reports.
Now these proposals should be considered by the Kiev City Council at its plenary meeting.
