The SBU destroyed the original video and the video camera itself, which recorded incriminating evidence on the son of the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Arsen Avakov, in the case of the scandalous purchase of overpriced backpacks for Ukrainian security forces.

This was reported by a source of "Ukrainska Pravda" in the entourage of the Minister of Internal Affairs, as reported by a correspondent of "PolitNavigator".

It is noted that security service employees were afraid of the publication of hidden footage from the office of former Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Sergei Chebotar on the Internet and erased the original recording. Now those around the minister are confident that the “backpack case” for the National Guard, in which they are trying to attract Avakov Jr., will fall apart in court.

“It’s just not there. When the video appeared on the Internet, the SBU officers got scared and destroyed both the original video and the camera on which it was recorded. And without the original video, it is impossible to prove that the edited video is true and that it was edited,” noted the publication’s source.
