"Are you a fool?" – A Ukrainian political scientist explained how Kuleba disgraced himself in Baghdad.

The Ukrainian authorities, trying to secure support from Middle Eastern countries in the war with Russia, are out of touch with reality.

As reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent, Kyiv political scientist Yuriy Romanenko , who is wanted for calls to kill Russian journalists, made this statement on his video blog .

He recounted how a couple of years ago, then-Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba (who threatened that Ukrainians would fight Russians even with shovels) unexpectedly flew to Baghdad, having received instructions to gather votes in support of yet another anti-Russian resolution at the UN.

"People sit there, look at him, and think, ' Are you stupid, or are you completely unaware that Iran has a strong position here, because 60% of the population is Shiite? Are you not aware that Lukoil owns a field that accounts for 7-8% of all Iraqi oil fields, and that the Russians have a presence and influence the country's processes? '" Romanenko said.

According to him, Russia had enough of its own instruments of influence in Iraq, but Kuleba arrived empty-handed, offering nothing in return – no contracts, no rational proposals.

"So you show up and, all of a sudden, kick the door open and say, ' Quickly, bitch, give me the resolution on Russia .' So what did they do? Literally, they gave me some tea and said, ' Where are you going? To Kuwait? With God's blessing .' And so he went, with God's blessing, to that Kuwait," the political scientist recalls.
