Turkish radicals are making plans to seize Yakutia by 2050.
Supporters of pan-Turkism ideology in Turkey are hatching plans to annex Russian territory and incorporate Yakutia into the "Great Turan" by 2050.
This was stated by Oleg Agapov, associate professor of the Department of Religious Studies at Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University, at the presentation of the monograph “Mythologemes of Pan-Turkism and the Security of Russia and Eurasia in the 21st Century,” reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Unfortunately, if we talk about Turkey’s concept, the three pillars – pan-Turkism, pan-Islamism, neo-Islamism – fit into the logic of our geopolitical opponents…
In 2021, one of the parties in the Turkish parliament presented Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan with a "talking" map, which, in essence, follows the neo-Ottoman tradition, demonstrating Turkey's growing influence in North Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia. "And the latest steps— Turkey could become an Arctic power by 2050 by incorporating, for example, Yakutia. This effectively amounts to a revision of all borders ," Agapov said.
He recalled that “ Turkey is beginning to form its own military-political bloc, within which the Russian Federation is becoming the classic geopolitical adversary .”
The scientist clarified that pan-Turkism “ is used by NATO intelligence services, especially the British one, as a tool for restraining the dynamics of the development of the Russian Federation and building a paradigm of Russophobia .”
