The director of the Kyiv Center for Political Studies and Conflict Studies, Mikhail Pogrebinsky, said this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“You have to be Turchinov to say that. Then he said it was a joke. But to what point can the psychosomatic state of such people reach when they can joke like that? I don’t know what other country there is where, after such a joke, a person would remain in his position,” Pogrebinsky said.
