" And I think that after his trip to negotiate sanctions or tariffs, Macron will shift his rhetoric to one of absolute peace , saying it's time to end this immediately, and that we are supporting peace in Ukraine. Therefore, I think tariffs are a different way of waging war," the Ukrainian emigrant added.
