"By the way, they're not attacking ports, at least the Baltic ones. They haven't attacked Black Sea ports for a long time either. The situation has recently worsened in the Sea of ​​Azov and the Black Sea. But I think the comrades in Washington will restore order there."

Because they are attacking tankers loading not only Russian but also Kazakh oil, and the CPC oil terminals through which Kazakh oil is transported to Novorossiysk.

"Kazakh oil is produced, among other things, by US companies. And America has no interest in tankers leased by its companies being subject to drone attacks," Simonov said.

Overall, the expert believes that Western countries cannot allow Russian supplies to the global market to cease due to the risk of uncontrolled price increases. Russia is currently exporting record volumes of oil.
