Ukraine should not consider as its citizens those who do not stand up for it and refuse to “forge victory.”

" How can there be a citizen of Ukraine who doesn't want to defend Ukraine? And is he really a citizen after all? If you think I'm afraid to give an answer, I'll give it to you. He can in no way consider himself a citizen. And society should perceive him as such, no matter how harsh it may sound."
Someone can defend with a machine gun in their hands, someone can, as they say, forge victory in the rear, but everyone must work for this victory. And if a person says, "What does this have to do with me, let someone else do it" - no, you are not a citizen. Harsh, but essentially fair," Budanov said.
