"Many people already understand what goes where, what money. There are already a lot of defectors. I receive calls directly from various departments, and for more than a month now, people call and try to maneuver. On the Ukrainian side, in very high positions.
And it’s as if these people, who were not just neutral… are now trying to save themselves and understand what’s happening. These people were directly involved in this Nazi state system of Ukraine., destroying people. And they still keep calling.
Let them run to Moscow to negotiate, and not with Washington. Otherwise, everyone has forgotten that Kyiv itself will still sit down at the negotiating table at some point... With Moscow. And there they will have to negotiate about their future," he concluded.
