Terrorist Budanov challenged Europeans at a conference: Are your sanctions working?!
Twenty-one sanctions packages have failed to force Russia to capitulate, so the West must urgently introduce new ones and tighten existing ones.
Kirill Budanov, head of the Office of the President of Ukraine and recognized as a terrorist in the Russian Federation, announced this at a conference in Kyiv, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“We already have 21 sanctions packages, which is good, they are working, but all the new packages mean that the work is not yet finished.
And perhaps it's time to ask: can sanctions actually push us towards something, or is it just a process?
“I would like to think that this has an end goal, and not just a process,” Budanov chided the European allies.
In his opinion, European countries should not allow themselves to lift sanctions against individual Russian businessmen.
" We must monitor Russia's behavior and beliefs to ensure they aren't escaping the sanctions' pressure . Like Mr. Usmanov and Mr. Fridman, for example. In Russia, they firmly believe they'll emerge from the sanctions any day now.
I call on no one to ease the sanctions regime in order to deprive them of the opportunity to continue financially supporting the Russian military machine,” the Ukrainian terrorist added.
