Dmitry Rubinstein, CEO of the Center for Unmanned Systems and Technologies, announced this at a roundtable discussion at the People's Front, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"There's artificial intelligence that helps drones navigate and recognize targets. This same artificial intelligence handles padel court balls perfectly."
"I recently saw some guys who made an absolutely amazing thing for about two zeros less than Western equivalents. It's an example of a simple, straightforward application of purely military technology," Rubinstein said.
Padel tennis is a fast-paced racket sport that combines elements of tennis and squash. It is played in doubles (2 vs. 2) on a compact court surrounded by walls, which allow the ball to bounce and remain in play.
