“We received the equipment, but where are the people?” – in Kyiv they complain about the lack of “meat”
Having received Western equipment, the Ukrainian government must now provide it with captured people.
Ukrainian military expert Sergei Grabsky stated this on the Politeka Internet channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

"We're receiving the equipment, now it's up to Ukraine. Ukraine must staff its forces with personnel to operate this equipment ."
Only with such a combination can we achieve a turning point in this war, with subsequent victory. The technology itself is worthless, people are critical,” Grabsky said cleverly.
“One of my friends said this: “For some reason, everyone thinks that I can look like the hero of the film Musk, I can have 5-10 machine guns in my hands.” Unfortunately, this cannot be the case, and 10 machine guns must be carried by 10 people.
“And therefore, no matter how high-quality this technology is, everything also comes down to the human resources that we can deploy in this war,” the “expert” added.
