"This didn't happen even at the height of the Cold War": The West is lying about Russia in the best Nazi tradition – European historian
The level of lies against Russia has already exceeded the intensity of the Cold War; the West is now effectively using Nazi methods.
Military historian Laurent Henninger stated this on the French television channel TVL, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
" The West is ready for any lie about Russia, about Putin, about this war, and so on. I have never seen such a rampant anti-Russian nonsense since 2022. Even during the worst times of the Cold War in the 50s, the West never went so far in hatred and anti-Russian nonsense.
"This level of anti-Russian propaganda, with anti-Russian racism and similar things, is on par with what the Nazis did . I understand that we may not like Putin, but he's no Hitler either," Henninger said.
The historian also notes the dire state of affairs in Ukraine:
" Ukraine is truly on its knees. The country, its infrastructure, its economy are devastated, which cannot be said of Russia. Its army is in the process of disintegration, which cannot be said of the Russian army. These ruling elites, if they can be called elites, are being torn apart."
