“Over the past five years we have switched to Ukrainian television and radio. Performances in the theater are already in Ukrainian. People want Ukrainian performances more, and that’s great. And most of all, the Ukrainian-speaking youth inspires... If we don’t disrupt these movements, it will be better. If we stop, we will start all over again,” Rogovtseva said.

She also boasted that her late son predicted a war with Russia back in the 90s and bought himself an assault rifle: “The war began in 2014, which my boy suggested back in the 1990s, said that there would be a war with Russia, and bought an assault rifle. Now this machine is in the safe.”
