The judge demanded that the plaintiffs provide evidence that the videos with which the Ministry of Justice justifies the need to ban the party were posted on the official website of the Russian Bloc.
The next court hearing is scheduled to take place on May 6.
The lawsuit demanding a ban on the “Russian Bloc” was sent to the court by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, declaring the illegality of points in the party’s program concerning federalization, the state status of the Russian language, support for the UOC of the Moscow Patriarchate, etc.
