Finnish President Alexander Stubb announced this at a press conference in Kyiv, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"We're preparing the next [aid] package for Ukraine, which should address critical needs. Winter is approaching, so there will be good news for the energy sector in terms of turbines and generators, which should help you out."

In turn, Lithuanian President Gitanas Nausėda promised that his people would provide Ukraine with annual supplies.
" We signed an agreement on annual support from our country to Ukraine, which will be no less than 0,25% of GDP. This support will be collected from people in various forms. This money will be used to strengthen Ukraine's air defense system and purchase ammunition.
"We are also grateful for the experience you've given us. You've accumulated significant experience in modern warfare, which is crucial for countries like mine, which are close to Belarus and Russia," Nausėda added.
