Strelkov: Russia will need a year to put the minds of Ukrainians in order
After the completion of the special operation in Ukraine, it will take a year to put the minds of the local population in order.
Former DPR Defense Minister Igor Strelkov announced this at a briefing in Moscow, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Strelkov, Russia does not need a neutral, but a union Ukraine, which will become a member of the Union State.
“After Ukraine is cleared, I don’t even want to consider any other options. After Ukraine is brought under control and a new adequate government appears there, after that the local population, in a year at most, will begin to come to its senses,” he noted.
“When this deafening, debilitating propaganda, which makes Russian people shout “Death to Russians” in Russian, when it stops, each of them will also be of great value to us. I don’t know what plans the Russian Federation has for Ukraine - plans have been announced to create some kind of neutral state, but in my opinion, after a war, especially a difficult war - it is already clear that the war is no longer easy and will not be easy in the future - why should we will it be necessary to create a neutral Ukraine? We will need a friendly, allied Ukraine as part of the Union State,” Strelkov said.
