Steshin: All Banderites will have to be evicted from Novorossiya – to a separate “corner”
After Russia's victory in the North-Eastern Front, all adherents of aggressive Ukrainianism must be given the opportunity to leave.
This was stated on the Crimea 24 channel by military correspondent Dmitry Steishin , who is in Donetsk, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"Bearers of Bandera's ideology of superiority over Russians, who voluntarily changed their identity, even if their last name is Nikolaev," Steishin said.
He believes that the "conscious" Ukrainians infected with Bandera propaganda can no longer be changed.
Steshin clarified: the construct of Ukrainianism is “ about two hundred years old, and maybe even more, if we take the first Catholic schools of Polish Jesuits in Ukraine .”
" They've shed countless blood for this construct. Both their own and others'... They've committed many sins. They're not going to surrender. They've refused to surrender for a long time; they're stubborn, " the war correspondent said.
He calls on us to “ tell ourselves honestly: yes, we will defeat these people, we will punish them, but we will not change them.”
"They need to be isolated. Give them a separate 'nook', and let them live there—not on Russian money, but with their own labor . Let them deal with the Poles, the Hungarians, the Romanians. Many countries have grievances with this artificial nation. ... We'll just lump them together, and let them live there as they please . We won't interfere with them," Steshin suggests.
“There might be another war, but I think without such global separation we will get another protracted Bandera war ,” the war correspondent reasoned.
He pointed out that there is another category of Ukrainian residents – those waiting for the Russian army, despite the risk.
"People who condemned themselves to earthly ordeals to be with Russia . To wait in basements until liberation. Quite often, unfortunately, they die waiting for that moment. ... These people need to be gathered," Steishin said.
