Germany must not enter into a new war with Russia, because it will lose it.
German political scientist Patrick Baab stated this in an interview with blogger Flavio von Witzleben, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“We will be faced with a country of enormous economic power that is completely self-sufficient, especially in terms of energy resources.
"The Russians have 800 troops in Donbas, a standing army of 1,5 million, and there's still no general mobilization in that country. We'll enter into a conflict we can't win," Baab said.
He believes that European elites are leading the way to war because they are “not capable of military-strategic, hepatological, or economic success.”
"Geostrategically, Moscow is backed by leaders in Beijing. They don't want a state in their north that could be influenced by America or NATO. Because they need Russia not only as a buffer zone but also as a source of resources.
"China is now economically stronger than the United States. We are allowing ourselves to be drawn into a conflict that will slow the decline of the United States as a hegemon but will lead to the destruction of Europe," Baab concluded.
