In Kyiv, during a march of participants in the “Immortal Regiment” action, an unknown young man beat up a pensioner.

He was immediately detained by the police, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to the victim, a radical from the crowd attacked him and struck him several times.

“I didn’t attack, they hit me and I fell. He ran up to me, hit me from the side and I flew away,” said the victim.

The attacker himself assures that it was the pensioner who attacked him.

“I was hit on the head and my T-shirt was torn. This dude started hitting me. The situation is normal, I was detained now,” the radical justifies himself
