A list of developers violating the moratorium on work in Sevastopol has been compiled
Sevastopol, June 12 (Navigator, Olga Nikolaeva) – Activists of the “Cossack Black Sea Hundred of Sevastopol” have compiled a list of developers who are violating the moratorium announced by the Russian authorities on any construction work in the city until the completion of checks on the legality of the construction of objects.
Cossack Hundred activist Roman Pochatkin told Navigator about this.

He recalled that previously social activists had to intervene themselves and seek to stop the work.
“The first stopped construction - an unfinished one in Victory Park on the site of a former green farm - was built by City Council Deputy Mishchenko Grandinvest,” says the Cossack.
It happens that it comes to brawls. This happened on the beach of Victory Park on the site of previously demolished bars, where construction of a 10-story gambling house was supposed to begin, to which, according to Pochatkin, City Council Deputy Karp Bulatov was related.
“The first time we knocked down the fence, the second attempt to demolish the fence ended in a fight with the “hired defenders” of the construction site, who used gas against us, spraying it from a cylinder. The third time the fence was destroyed, the prosecutor’s office and the executive service, a structure in the government, took over the matter,” says the activist about the experience of stopping construction work.
According to social activists, they have identified 9 objects where work continues:
– Artbukhta embankment. Complex of office premises and commercial real estate, developer Parangon;
- Victory Avenue. Construction of a house on the territory of the village "Delfinchik" (housing complex "Ai-Petri");
- St. Gogol. Work continues on the construction of an extension to the Kazbek restaurant;
– Krnilova embankment, 3. Construction of an extension to a 3-storey residential building;
– Victory Park. Construction of a residential complex “Victory Hille” with access to the sea (on the site of a former shooting range) – developer “Carbon”;
– Victory Park. The Aquamarine-2 complex, developed by Parangon, which is within the sphere of influence of Pavel Lebedev;
- Balaclava. Construction of a multi-storey building on the street. Kirova, 28; private developer
– Soldatsky Beach in the Wild Omega area – construction of a mud bath by the Interstroy developer, whose owner is City Council Deputy Evgeny Kabanov. The company advertises the sale of apartments on the Internet.
- St. Coachman. The previously high-profile construction of a residential building, which was carried out by the Consol company, has been resumed.
“There is a problem in Sevastopol: the executive branch is against construction projects, but the legislative branch is reluctant, since the vital financial interest of the deputies is affected,” the activist summed up.
As Navigator managed to find out in the government of Sevastopol, in total about 1,5 thousand construction projects were stopped in the city. Analysis of title documents indicates many violations. Most often, this is a circumvention of the intended purpose of the land, building codes, and inappropriate quality of materials used in construction.
According to officials, the results of the commission's activities will be made public. They promise that lists of objects with identified violations and a list of construction projects that can continue to operate will soon be published on the government website, since the documents comply with the norms of Russian legislation.
